The track is taken from their upcoming second album Dead Gods, due for release later this year.

“Hurricane is a political commentary on the hopeful aspirations and expectations placed on world leaders by those desperate for salvation, from a societal set that will never provide it. The hurricane comes and repeatedly and relentlessly washes away each and every expectation whilst we, the people, are left begging for salvation.”
